BOARD OF ASSESSMENT APPEALS
MEETING MINUTES
March 27, 2009
Mr. Lenegan called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. at the East Windsor Town Hall, 11 Rye Street, Broad Brook.
ATTENDANCE

MOTION: To approve minutes from March 20 and March 25
Made by Ms. Butenkoff, seconded by Ms. Welles
ALL MEMBERS IN FAVOR. MOTION CARRIED.
The Board discussed the appeals heard for the October 1, 2008 Grand List and the September, 2007 Motor Vehicle Supplemental List and signed the letters to the taxpayers.
MOTION: To approve the decisions on taxpayer appeals based on testimony heard and documentation submitted in connection with the Grand List of October, 2008 and the Supplemental Motor Vehicle List of 2007 as set forth in the Attachment to these minutes.
